Last Sunday, I attended an online seminar regarding Japanese language education.

セミナーは、どちらかと言えば、日本語学校の先生を対象にしたものでしたが、それでも学びや気づきがたくさんありました。
While the seminar was more aimed at Japanese language school teachers, it provided me with a lot of new perspectives and valuable lessons.

特に印象に残ったのが、「共生社会の実現」や「社会的存在としての日本語学習者」といった言葉です。
I was especially impressed by terms such as "the realization of an inclusive society" and "the Japanese language learner as a social agent."
("Social agent" is a term used in the CEFR, which I hope to write about in my future posts.)
